Freelance writing lets me delve into any subject that catches my attention, then share what I learn with readers. I care deeply about wholesome food, so I’ve written a lot about growing, buying, and preparing it. Because I derive satisfaction from mastering mechanical tasks, I’ve written with ridiculous enthusiasm about projects such as repairing holes in sheetrock and installing a split-rail fence. I love to travel, and the last time I visited Italy, I came home with an article about saffron production. It’s a great way to earn a living!

You can find links to several of my articles on this website’s Portfolio page. You can learn more about me and my writing career on the About page, and you can use the Contact page to get in touch with me.

There’s also a link to my blog, where I share what I’ve seen, read, done, and thought – but no instructions for fixing sheetrock or installing fences, I promise.
